Father & Son started in 1980 in Mississauga and then moved to the growing community of Wasaga Beach in 1988. Father & Son Construction Ltd is just that; a father and a son striving to bring you the best product possible.

Construction runs in the Father & Son family. Pat’s grandfather started in construction in 1947 and then passed on his knowledge & skills to his son Walter, who began construction in 1966. Walter then passed on his years of hands on experience to his son Pat, who started working in construction in 1980.

Pat learned the business by working with the various different crews associated with Father & Son Construction. Beginning with the foundation ‘guys’ and gradually moving onto the carpenter crew and finally on to drawing up plans for additions to supervising. Pat has literally learned the business of construction from the ground up.

When the company moved to Wasaga Beach in 1988 and Pat partnered with his dad, Father & Son Construction Ltd became a part of the blueprint of the Wasaga Beach community.

Father & Son’s standard of house is higher than the industry standards. Much of our work is upgraded & well above the average. We only use high quality materials and products to ensure that you are nothing but satisfied with the final product. We pride ourselves on your satisfaction.

Father & Son is willing to undertake projects in the Wasaga Beach and surrounding area; including Collingwood, Stayner and Elmvale. Father & Son Construction specializes in house construction and home renovations, unless it is in the line of renovations to existing buildings.
